Mark's Role: Responsible for establishing a corporate quality assurance system and team that promotes customer satisfaction and that positively impacts the financial performance of B&B Manufacturing. Champion of continuous improvement efforts and defect reduction initiatives to establish an effective Quality Management System (QMS).

Experience: I have over 40 years in the Aerospace industry, and 32 years here at B&B Manufacturing. Before joining the B&B Team, I worked in many diverse industries, including Magnetics, Electronics, Servos, and Dimensional Inspection Laboratories.

Achieving Excellence: I’m a firm believer in W. Edwards Deming’s management principles. If asked what key philosophy a Director of Quality should focus on, I’d say it must be variation management.
